
1. How can we order samples?Clothing samples can be ordered through the website, simply select the garments you require and proceed by clicking 'checkout'. |
2. Can I obtain a hardcopy of your catalogue?In order to keep our prices down and to prevent confusion when we introduce new and discontinue old styles, we no longer distribute printed versions.These saving are inevitably passed on to you the customer. |
3. How does your pricing structure work?The ecommerce system will automatically calculate the cost for you including discounts;Example; Piece : £3.00 Pack(10) : £2.00 Case(100) : £1.50 This means that by ordering 10 pieces of the same style, colour and size you will be offered the discounted 'Pack' price per piece, giving you a total saving of £10.00 Samples are charged at the piece rate. It is NOT possible to mix colours or sizes to achieve a discount rate due to the nature in which garments are manufactured. |
4. How can I obtain a quote for plain clothing?The ecommerce system will automatically calculate this for you. The final price is shown inc delivery and VAT (where applicable) before any payment transaction takes place. The system will also include any appropriate discounts based on quantity ordered. We no longer provide this information due to the time taken to process these queries. |
5. Can I return samples/garments if they do not meet my requirements?All sales are final, the Company does not trade on a "Sale or Return Basis" due to the high admin costs and our low markups. You are welcome and encouraged to order samples prior to final order. Students who wish to use samples for production should purchase clothing from a shop where returns and exchanges can be processed easily and swiftly. |
6. What is your minimum order?We have no minimum order to allow samples to be ordered online. We are a Trade Supplier and supply wholesale. Therefore, you can order any quantity you require, even it's one plain t-shirt. Please do view our payment structure though which offers further discounts for bulk orders of clothing |
7. Can I visit to try garments and pick the items I require?NO, we are NOT a Shop or Cash & Carry. Clothing samples should be ordered to ensure they meet your requirements. Students who wish to use samples for production and wear should purchase clothing from a shop where returns and exchanges can be processed easily and swiftly. We supply clothing at Wholesale Only. |
8. What are your payment methods?Additional payment methods are Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal.In the first instance, please select the items you require through the website, then select either 'Bank Transfer(£),(e)' or 'Cheque(£)'. Print out your receipt and either send a copy to us with your Cheque or Transfer money to our bank. ALWAYS use your order number or Company Name as a reference. Bank Details : Bank of Scotland, Branch Code 12-24-81, A/C No 06193086 We accept Faster Payments, this service maybe FREE from your Bank and may enable us to dispatch your goods the same day. 9. Do I need to have a Registered Company to order from you?No, but as we supply Trade we will require a Company Name. This is used for our records only and should be used in any correspondance. We also welcome orders from Educational Establishments, Clubs and Startups.We supply various Councils, LEA's (Local Education Authorities) and Public Services across the UK, please contact us for payment terms. |
