For any redeliveries, you should liase continuously with the courier to ensure your request is dealt with efficiently. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred on returned parcels even if the customer is not at fault. Our courier charges a minimum of £17.00 for redelivery of returned goods and unfortunately we will have no choice but to pass on this charge to you, the customer. Of course we would rather not pass on this charge so please ensure you available to take receipt of the delivery. *All delivery times and costs are approximate and subject to Collection, Customs, Stock & Cleared Payment.
