 | INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY TIMES Our current Despatch Time averages 1.2 Working Days* (Correct as of Jan 2009) The majority of orders received before 1pm on a normal working day are dispatched the same day. During 2010 our courier will collect at 5pm, therefore based on the volume of orders placed before 4:30pm we may still be able to dispatch same day!! Goods are sent on the assumption that the premises is available to take receipt of the delivery within 8:30am-6pm, Mon-Friday. For any redeliveries, you should liase continuously with the courier to ensure your request is dealt with efficiently. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred on returned parcels to our warehouse even if the customer is not at fault. Our courier charges a minimum of £17.00 for redelivery of returned goods and unfortunately we will have no choice but to pass on this charge to you, the customer. *All delivery times and costs are approximate and subject to Collection, Customs, Stock & Cleared Payment. You may if you wish check stock with us first, simply email us the Style No, Colour,Size and Quantity required. We recommend this option if paying by Cheque or Bank Transfer. We will not reserve any stock until cleared payment is received.  | DELIVERY INFO FOR PAYMENT BY CARD 1) We do 'not' accept payment by Card for International Orders 2) When payment is received by Card we ONLY despatch to the Card Statement Address. Your order WILL be delayed if your delivery address is not exactly as it appears on your Card Statement. Else you are welcome to pay via BANK TRANSFER(£,e) or CHEQUE(£).
