| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Europeanwear Ltd operates on a Trade basis, therefore you must entered a company name when requested. We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards except Amex. On receipt of payment we aim to despatch the order Next Working Day for orders orders placed before 1pm, subject to Stock & Cleared Payment. Goods can only be sent to the Card Statement address when payment is to be received by Card. When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when you receive our invoice. | Shipping And Handling Delivery charges are based on total weight of order. These are shown before any transaction takes place. Rough charges are £6.99 per 20kg then £4.99 per 20kg thereafter for UK Mainland. We despatch across the World. Payment for Orders outside the UK must be by Bank Transfer. |
| Delivery Schedule We will aim to dispatch any order placed before 1pm the same day. Orders being delivered within UK Mainland will normally be dispatched on a Next Working Day service. Orders may still be dispatched same up till 3pm UK time but we cannot gurantee this, therefore we advise you to place your order as early as possible. All delivery times are quoted are subject to stock and cleared approved payment. If you have not received your order within 2 working days please contact us immediately. Good are sent on the assumption that the premises is always available to take receipt of goods within normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 18:00). Orders returned by the courier due to a failed delivery are subject to the same rules and will incurr a minimum fee of £17 + VAT to resend.
